The barrel influence is dominant, offering intense notes of vanilla, wood, sweet spices, and hints of roasted nuts. From a 40-year-old, own-rooted, low-yield vineyard of Toplou Monastery, this Vilana combines the complexity of barrel aging with the authenticity of the Cretan vineyard, creating a tasting experience that captivates the palate.
