Rose Dry Wine, Organic, Protected Geographical Indication of Lasithi
Its name derives from The Unfading Rose (1771), made by the painter Stamatios of Crete, picturing Virgin Mary in rosy colors, one of the most valuable and holy pieces kept at Toplou Monastery. The indigenous red wine variety Liatiko is cultivated at the blessed, organic vines of the Monastery, offering the homonymous excellent rosé wine. Enjoy its cool taste and unique aromas!
